As a data subject, you can submit your applications regarding your rights by duly filling out the Request Form available at https://cozumtek.com/en/relevant-person-application-procedure/ and sending it to us through the methods specified in the application form. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the relevant regulation.
